She is studying IT. Hadas comes from a village 30 km away. She is the oldest of three siblings. Her father is a farmer. It takes her around three hours one way to walk to the school every week. Hadas brings her weekly meal from home. She hopes to finish school and work to help her family and serve her community. He is from neighboring village. His father is an 80-year-old farmer. He is the youngest of seven children. Muluberhan is interested in IT. He is very frustrated that most of the donated computers at the school don’t even function. The electricity is not reliable, and the lack of materials makes going to school very discouraging. If he completes school successfully, he wants to be a teacher at the school.
